The Elevate Team will only collect and/or store information where agreed to and necessary. Data collected by us may include names, contact details, group demographics/numbers etc, and areas of interest. This data will be held in a password protected format, to which only certain members of the Elevate Team will have access - the information stored may be used to contact applicants and performers when necessary, and for marketing purposes where consent has been specifically given for this. Data collected will be stored indefinitely, or until the participant requests that their information be deleted from our records (withdrawing their consent) - to do this, participants may contact the Elevate team at: Elevatedancefest@gmail.com.
